Formed by Joslyn and her stepfather, veteran guitarist Marty Charters (formerly of the touring bands for Junior Wells and Van Morrison), The Sweet Compression quickly became a festival favorite with their vibrant blend of funk, R&B, and soul. Their tight, joyful performances have captivated audiences nationwide, from High Sierra Music Festival to Summer Camp and countless venues in between.
