Synopsis:
Press Pause – take a minute to hear yourself think … and feel.
Leading an NGO is one of the most complex things a person can do. Without time out to reconnect with yourself, you can get pulled in so many directions you forget what it’s all about.
Journaling is a powerful way to reconnect with your inner voice, to restore your energy, rekindle hope and possibilities and just all round feel better about it all at the end of the week.
Experience the benefit of Journaling as a reflective practice tool and a way to come home to yourself.
Sarah Doherty teaches journaling and hosts seasonal retreat days called Pause. Having journaled for the better part of 40 years, Sarah knows and loves to share the power of spending some time with yourself, in the quiet, with a pen and paper. She’s also worked in the community sector for a great number of those 40 years, so she gets it.
