Are you feeling busy and would like to take some time out for yourself? Bring your creative ideas, thoughts and reflections to life on paper in this engaging workshop.

We will give you a journal and work with you on some pages together. You can then take it home to continue in your own time.

We'll be joined by HeadSpace who are available to chat about anything you want to get off your chest. It's a good chance to check in on your mental health and encourage you to take care of yourself, just like you would your physical health.

Important information:

Entry is free but booking is essential.
This workshop is for young people aged 10-15 years.
Parents/caregivers of children under 12 must remain in the library for the duration of the event.
The event may be photographed for marketing purposes and you will have the option to opt-out on the day.
