Welcome to our workshop, A Journey to the Self:

In this workshop, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and liberation through the power of your breath, movement, and sound.

In this sacred space, you will learn ancient techniques to unblock stagnant energy within yourself, allowing for a free flow of life force and vitality. Through guided exercises, you will delve deep into the realm of your chakras, the energetic centers of your being, and learn to harmonize and balance them.

This is an opportunity to release shame, stagnant energies from past relationships, unhealed trauma, As you release tension and blockages, you will create new space for more pleasure, become magnetic to your desires and dreams and create the life you desire also access greater levels of aliveness, ease, passion, happiness, and joy deepen in intimacy and orgasmic energy. By clearing your energetic body from stagnant energies you tap more into your sensual primal energy that allows you to connect to your divinity and manifestation gifts.

Join us as we explore the profound connection between breath, sensuality, and spirituality, and embark on a path of self-realization and empowerment.

Some things to keep in mind

This is a sober event, wear comfortable clothing we're gonna be moving around, no pets and adults only 18+

Covid Protocols:
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to covid. There is no requirement for vaccination or antibody status. You are attending at your own risk. If you would like to wear a mask, you are welcome to, but they will not be required. Hand soap and sanitizer will be amply available throughout the venue.
