Experience a transformative weekend of spiritual insight and historical rediscovery with acclaimed historian, filmmaker, and storyteller Amardeep Singh. Through two powerful events, explore the enduring legacy of Indic saints and the forgotten forts of the Sikh Empire, alongside the universal message of Oneness shared by Guru Nanak.

Across both sessions, Amardeep draws from poetic teachings, rich fieldwork, and captivating visuals to inspire reflection on identity, leadership, and unity. This series is open to all — seekers, students, community members, and changemakers alike.

Join us for two unique events across one powerful weekend with historian and filmmaker Amardeep Singh. Each session brings a distinct theme to life:

  • Saturday, 9 August: Explore Sikh history and heritage through visual storytelling and insights from Guru Nanak's message of Oneness.

  • Sunday, 10 August: Reflect on universal values of leadership, ethics, and inner clarity drawn from the poetic teachings of Indic saints across multiple faiths.

Event 1: Sikh Youth Community Evening

Title: Echoes of Sovereignty: Forts, Faith & the Message of Oneness

This youth-focused session offers two enriching journeys in one evening. First, travel through time as Amardeep Singh uncovers the lost forts of the Ranjit Singh Era — symbols of strength, unity, and Sikh sovereignty. Then, explore the message of Oneness from Guru Nanak's life, drawn from years of research and the award-winning docuseries.

Through visuals, narratives, and personal insight, this event connects today’s youth to their heritage, purpose, and values.

Event 2: Multifaith Gathering

Title: Leadership, Ethics & Purpose: Insights from Indic Saints
Date: Sunday, 10 August 2025
Duration: 2 hours
Venue: Western Sydney University

Description:
How can ancient spiritual wisdom guide us in today’s complex world? In this multifaith session, Amardeep Singh explores the lives and teachings of saints like Nanak, Kabir, Farid, Joydev, Namdev, Ravidas, and Dhanna — revealing timeless lessons in ethical leadership, compassion, and inner clarity.

The event includes voices from multiple faith traditions, offering shared reflection on purpose, integrity, and service. A space for inspiration, dialogue, and connection.
