• Ceremonial Cacao: Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions and deepen your connection to self.

• Breakthrough Breathwork: Engage in a transformative breathwork journey, enhanced with silent headphones to eliminate external distractions and allow for deep inner exploration.

This journey is suitable for all walks of life are welcome with no prior experience needed. Just bring your open heart and willingness to explore.

• Avoid caffeine on the day of the event.

• Refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the event.

• This experience includes deep breathwork and may not be suitable for everyone.
