Ceremonial Cacao: Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions and deepen your connection to self.
Breakthrough Breathwork: Engage in a transformative breathwork journey, enhanced with silent headphones to eliminate external distractions and allow for deep inner exploration.

Eat a light meal at least 1 hour before the event.
Avoid caffeine on the day of the event.
Refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the event.
This experience includes deep breathwork and may not be suitable for everyone.
