Feel joyful as you dance to different beats and tunes that will delight your body and bring forth your natural rhythm and flow. The dance tracks will transport and transform you, into a whirlwind, releasing negative energy that has been bogging you down - to embrace as much fun, love and prosperity as you can handle with delicious ease and grace!

Dancing helps improve your emotional state and reduces your perception of pain. Your body receives all the benefits of movement and dance - when you dance your body releases endorphins. This is a chemical that triggers positive energy and feel good vibes! You must be willing to step outside your comfort zone. give yourself permission to relax, have fun - and even - be silly!

So basically, your cure for happiness - is dancing! Children under 18 years old are welcome to attend for free! How does it get better than that? 

JOYFULdance every second Monday of the month in Mawson Lakes. Best parking is on Third Avenue. Wear loose layered clothing, flat comfortable shoes - even better, dance barefoot! Bring an open mind and heart; water - and be prepared to have fun!
