Come and enjoy an adaptable easy ensemble movement dance class that will nurture and nourish you and support your physical, social and mental health and wellbeing.

This one-off event for the East Gippsland Seniors Festival will give you the opportunity to learn an easy improvised movement technique which focuses on fun, moving and creating some great dance steps.
