JTNPA Park Lover Appreciation Night
Description
Join us for a special evening under the stars to celebrate you — our incredible Park Lover members!
Enjoy an exclusive night sky experience with Dr. Gary Blackwood, recently retired from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the 2025 Lou Harrison House Residency Fellow. Dr. Blackwood will guide us through a laser tour of the night sky, sharing stories and insights about our place in the universe. With the nearly full Hunter’s Moon rising over the desert, it’s the perfect moment to connect the cosmos with the stunning landscape of Joshua Tree National Park.
Park staff will also be on hand to chat and answer questions about the park, its night skies, and more.
We’re so grateful for your support — and we can’t wait to share this magical night with you!
