  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

 From systemic reform to individual advocacy, discover how BCA champions your rights and pushes to drive meaningful change. You’ll also learn how to get involved, advocate for yourself, and make sure your voice is heard through our ongoing advocacy efforts.
