July Genesis Facilitator Training

The Genesis Change Group Facilitator training covers the basic philosophy and tools of the Genesis Process, the Genesis Change Group experience, and facilitator skills. On Friday you will put everything you've learned into practice by preparing and facilitating a practice change group.   It is an intense 3 days, but it will also be a fun time as we work together in understanding and applying the Genesis Process. Dean Perry, Executive Director of Genesis, will be leading sessions from Las Vegas, and Cathy Dye, wife of the founder Michael Dye, will be teaching from her home in Alabama.  

Even though this training is live streamed it is still a LIVE training which means you should plan on being an active participant.  There will be times to give feedback, ask questions, answer questions, work with partners, and participate in live demonstrations on how to use the Genesis tools. Each day you will meet in breakout rooms with 2 other partners to work through practice exercises.  These rooms have been set up in advance.  Also, each session is recorded and available for review for 2 weeks after the training. However, in order to protect participant confidentiality and material copyright, please do not share the recording with anyone who is not part of the training.  

You will need your own copy of the individual workbook for change groups (which can be purchased on the Genesis online store) and a copy of the new, 2nd edition of the Facilitator's Guide (available as print on demand through Amazon with this link: Facilitator's Guide 2nd Edition link to order
