Event description

Come and learn about Palestinian cuisine at my cooking class. 

Together we will make a healthy meal that is full of flavour. Besides learning how to cook a new dish, you will learn more about my culture through music.

I will teach you how to cook lamb maqlouba, baba ghanoush, tabouleh and green beans.

The recipes I will share are my family recipes, especially from my grandmother & mother.

You will get step-by-step cooking instructions, then we share a meal together. You'll go home with recipe cards too.
