Hosted by the Natural Therapies Expo and supported by Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices, the SH Wellness Gatherings are here to nurture genuine connections, collaborative support, and mutual inspiration — not just once a year, but throughout the seasons.We are a gathering of:

natural therapies practitioners,
wellness businesses,
holistic healers, and
kindred spirits who believe that by sharing our knowledge, kindness, and strengths, we all grow stronger together.

Join Us for Our Monthly Meetups

We meet, once a month during school hours at the peaceful Samadhi Centre in Braemar.

Our gatherings are picnic-style meetups, with tea, coffee, and light snacks provided.

There’s no cost to attend — though, a donation is appreciated, but not required, with all proceeds going to the Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute.

Weather permitting, we gather outside under open skies; if needed, we move indoors to a calm and welcoming space.

Discussion Theme: "The Heart Behind the Work — Rediscovering Your Why"

In the day-to-day demands of running a practice or small business, it's easy to lose touch with the deeper reasons we chose this path.
At this gathering, we’ll gently turn our focus back inward:

What truly inspires us? What vision carried us into this work — and how can we reconnect with it now, in this new season?
We’ll explore simple, heartfelt questions:

What first lit the spark for the work you do today?
How has your "why" changed or deepened over time?
When business feels busy or uncertain, how do you stay close to your original purpose?
What dreams or visions still quietly call you forward?

This isn't about business strategy or goals.

It’s about reclaiming the deeper meaning that fuels the journey — and sharing it in a space where it's safe to be real.
