This course equips leaders with the knowledge and skills to recognise and appropriately respond to mental health issues in the workplace as well as frameworks and models to manage psychological health and safety risks and to create a culture of positive mental health and wellbeing.

* This course is for leaders, and HR, people and safety professionals working internally within businesses, not for individuals or consultants.

Part 1: Opening seminar

Part 2: eLearning at own pace
- Complete 4 modules
- Approx total of 3-4 hours
Part 3: Closing seminar
- Tuseday 5th August
- 9am - 10am

The opening & closing seminars are delivered via Zoom.
