July Wyndham Active Holidays - Contemporary Dance (8 to 15 years)

Join CDB Dance for an introduction to contemporary dance for 8 to 15 year olds.

Contemporary dance is a free and emotive style of dance, where dancers will get to explore different ways of moving and dancing. The style of contemporary dance will be doing is very lyrical in nature, fluid and circular in its movements. This is a wonderful style that allows students get to tap into their own uniqueness and allows them to use their own self expression in their dancing.

Please note this session is for 8 to 15 year olds, registrations outside of this age will be cancelled. 

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

• a drink bottle with water

• wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

• Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
