Join FitrMe for a strength and Agility training session for kids and adults together.

Families can have fun getting active together. Learn fundamental movement skills to build strength, fitness and agility for both kids and adults. It's time for adults to have some fun and activity too!. Great for crestintg a strong and fit body, and also as training to support sports. Please register kids and adults

Please note this session this session is for girls and boys between 8 years to adults,

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
