Join Anu from Yoga Meditation and Healing 365 for a beginner yoga session for 5 to 10 year olds.

Kids will enjoy a fun, vibrant, positive vibe session with a yogic game. The aim is to inspire kids to learn easy yoga poses and meditation techniques.
This session is for girls and boys between 5 to 10 years any registrations outside of this age will be cancelled.

Please note the following:

1. Bring your own mat and water bottle

2. Arrive at 4pm for registration. Doors will close at 4:15pm. (Please do not open the door, usher your child inside and leave).

3. Show your booking ticket and sign the register (Please do not just 'drop and go')

4. Stay inside/ around the premises.

If you feel unwell please consider whether you should attend the session.

Data collection and enquiries:

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
