Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.

This June Abby will host weeks 1,3 & 4. NOTE no class Friday 6/7 or 6/20 & 21.

With this registration, sign up for 12 classes with Abby June 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28 for $36. Option also to pay for individual weeks or a single class. See checkout for details to join the online classes.
