Circle is essential to our sacred self-care practice, to maintaining connection, and to receiving and sharing of wisdom, love and support. And it's even more essential in trying times - so our monthly circle is moving online!!
Which means that anyone can attend from anywhere in the world!!
About Circle
Women have gathered in circle since ancient times. It is how we connected, how we shared, and received wisdom. The circle is our safe place to meet like-minded friends and just be ourselves. Women everywhere are rediscovering the old ways of being in circle, and are coming together again in search of meaning, belonging and connection.
This is your local circle. We meet to consider our truth and authentic selves, how we are feeling, to let go of the things in life that hold us back and to dream and connect. We set positive intentions for the new month ahead, and find connection and belonging amongst the group. Each circle we explore a different theme, featuring various experiences including meditation, visualisations, sharing, movement, manifesting, magickal rituals, journalling, and more! As we will be online, our rituals will be adapted to suit.
Take some selfcare time for yourself and join our circle of wonderful women. Find connection with like-minded souls and dedicate time to exploring and deepening your spiritual practice. Share your authentic experience in this strange, surreal and difficult time and receive the loving support of the circle. Learn self-care tools to support your wellbeing and soothe your nervous system both in circle and at home.
How does online circle work?
Circle is held on Zoom which you'll need to download ahead of the day from https://zoom.us. Once your booking is confirmed you'll receive the link to the Zoom Room where we'll gather along with instructions.
Spaces are limited to 10 as usual to ensure intimacy. We'll explore meditation, we'll share our experiences, we'll journal and there will be other guided practices on offer as we go. Each participant will be asked to mute themselves unless they are speaking. Charlotte will invite you to share when it's your turn, and you may choose or choose not to speak - the choice and right is yours. I would love you to leave your camera on, to build connection and sisterhood. This is about the giving and receiving of love.
Please bring headphones, and find a quiet spot in your home as best you can. If you have children that need you during circle, please feel free to tend to them as you need. Just leave a comment in the chat box to say you are safe and well, and whether you hope to be back, and off you go. Do your very best to take this precious time for yourself, but understandably you may be needed too and that is more than ok.

Who can join circle...
Our Sister Circle is open to any person desiring to come who identifies as a Womxn, inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community, trans community and also the indigenous community. We pay respects to the traditional custodians of the land past and present on which we gather.
Our circle runs from 7:30 - 9:45pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to check your tech is setup, and to say your hellos!
What you will need with you:
Please have with you:
- headphones to ensure privacy and good sound quality,
- a drink,
- your journal and pen
- a candle and match
- precious items to create your own altar, which you might like to create before circle starts. Consider making an altar of beautiful and sensuous items such as crystals, jewellery, precious photos or art, flowers or other found objects, and whatever delights you.
