Jungle Dance - SYDNEY
Event description
Quieten your Mind, Reconnect with your Body, Nurture your Soul
You crave liberation, yet the constant mental chatter keeps you stuck and disconnected from the parts of yourself that are longing to feel free.
Mesamadre welcomes you to Jungle Dance—a transformative movement experience to reconnect more deeply with your most authentic self.
This is not just a dance class—it’s a primal journey, blending movement, music, and meditation. An accelerated way to learn how to trust yourself to let go with greater ease.
Move beyond the mind with an exhilarating, curated playlist that awakens your primal instincts. No mirrors, no choreography, no rules—just the freedom to express YOU.
You don’t need to know how to dance; all you need is the willingness to show up and meet yourself where you’re at. No expectations, no judgement.
Guided and facilitated by Leila Yazbek in a held, supportive community environment.
