• Desafiar los estigmas y la discriminación sobre la salud mental.

By registering for this Latin Community Hub – Juntos por la Salud Mental (“the Event”), you hereby authorise Latin Community Hub ("LCH") and those acting pursuant to its authority to:

a. Photograph your participation and image on any media (whether film, video or photographic, whether electronic or digital, or any similar medium) (“the Recordings”) at the Event; and

b. Exhibit and/or distribute the Recordings (in whole or in part) in any and all media, including social media and methods of communication to the public, whether the media is known or invented in the future, without restrictions or limitation, for any educational or promotional purpose which LCH and those acting pursuant to its authority, deem appropriate.

If you do not wish to appear in such recordings please notify the photographer on site at the event or advise the staff at the registration desk at the commencement of the Event.
