Jura end-of-year celebration

The past couple of years have been challenging for the whole community, with the pandemic, climate-change induced natural disasters and now inflation on top of all the routine insults of living in a capitalist and monarchist state. 

These years have been tough for Jura Books, too, with damage to our building from the developers next door early last year, then repairs delayed by a COVID lockdown, and, more recently, a leaking roof during a period of record rainfall. But through all the challenges we see community spirit and mutual aid shining through. Jura invites you to celebrate with us the fact that we are still functioning, and as a thank you for all the support we receive from our community.
