Event description

Hosting a community screening of Just A Farmer is a powerful way to bring people together, start meaningful conversations, and support mental health awareness in rural communities. The film has already touched thousands of lives, shedding light on the real challenges farmers and their families face. By hosting a screening, the Holbrook Business and Community Development Group aim to: 

• Raise Awareness - Highlight the importance of mental health and well-being in farming communities. 

• Strengthen Community Connections - Bring people together for an engaging and emotional shared experience. 

• Encourage Meaningful Conversations - Create a safe space for people to discuss important issues openly. 

• Support Local Resources - Partner with local mental health and agricultural organizations to provide support and information. 

• Celebrate Rural Life - Showcase the resilience, struggles, and triumphs of farming families in a heartfelt and authentic way. 

With Holbrook Rotary and CWA supplying dinner, we need numbers for catering purposes.
