K-BOP Glebe - Term 1, 2025
Event description
A parent-child singing circle hosted by singer/songwriter/performer and a mama herself, Angie Who.
A joyful and engaging experience designed for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0-5) and their parents! This class is all about bonding through the power of music, nurturing your child's emotional and developmental well-being, and introducing them to the world of sound and rhythm in a fun, interactive way.
In each session, you'll explore the magic of singing together—a natural and powerful tool for connecting, social bonding and fostering a sense of joy and security. Angie will guide families through playful songs, simple rhythms, and gentle melodies that introduce early music concepts like pitch, beat, and movement.
Expect to experience:
- Singing for well-being: Develop emotional connections through the soothing and uplifting power of music.
- Bonding moments: Strengthen the parent-child bond through shared musical play and interaction.
- Introduction to music: Expose your child to basic music elements like melody, rhythm, and pitch in a fun, hands-on way.
- Fun: A space where both parents and little ones can explore the joy of music together, creating lasting memories and enjoying the sheer fun of making music.
Come sing, laugh and learn a song to take home & sing together!
