Supplier Scoop - Sneak peak into Supplier Diveristy Week
Join us for the October Supplier Scoop on Wednesday 21 October, 12:00pm-1:00pm, to hear from some of the suppliers helping bring Supplier Diversity Week to life from 2-6 November.
The inaugural Supplier Diversity Week is an opportunity for suppliers to open their doors, showcase their products and services, and build meaningful connections with buyers and suppliers.
We're excited to welcome Christian Munokoa from Hard Luck Design and Naketa Ikihele from Cultivating Culture, who will share why they're getting involved, what they're planning for the event, and the value they hope it will create for attendees.
Hard Luck Design:
From a side hustle born during COVID-19 to a creative agency making space for non-boring stories. Hard Luck Design are passionate about challenging the creative industry to approach Pasifika-led design differently — creating space for culture, identity and lived experience to shape the work, rather than treating them as separate from the creative process.
Hard Luck Design website can be found here.
Cultivating Culture:
Cultivating Culture is a leadership development and coaching organisation grounded in the values and wisdom of Moana-nui-a-Kiwa. Drawing on Māori and Pacific concepts such as manaakitanga (care), whanaungatanga (relationships), and ako (reciprocal learning), they create spaces where leaders reconnect with their identity, grow with authenticity, and cultivate thriving teams.
Cultivating Cultures website can be found here.
Whether you're curious about attending Supplier Diversity Week or considering hosting in the future, this is a great opportunity to learn more and get inspired.
