Kaisa Performance | Offseason Build

Build strength. Develop confidence. Get ready for next season.

“Offseason Build” is a gym and outdoor program for young athletes aged 10 and up. Located in Glenmore Park and St Mary’s.

For parents who value quality coaching, this program gives your child the opportunity to learn from an experienced highly qualified coach with a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) a background in elite sport and rehabilitation and experience assisting training Toa Samoa’s national RL team.

Led by Anthony Iosefo, sessions focus on developing strong foundations, correct technique and training habits that young athletes can carry into their sport.

What we focus on

Strength and gym technique: Learn how to lift weights with control and build strength through age appropriate coaching.
Speed and agility: Develop acceleration, footwork and change of direction at speed.
Conditioning: Build fitness for the demands of sport and game play.
Movement and mobility: Improve coordination, body awareness and movement quality.
Confidence and mindset: Develop consistency, effort and pride in their progress.

How the groups work:

Gym / weights training.

Small group sessions, with a minimum of three athletes per group. The small group format allows for individual feedback and close attention to technique.

Outdoor field training:

Open to larger groups. Field sessions focus on speed, agility, conditioning and movement.

Who is it for?

Young athletes aged 10+ who want to build their physical foundations during the offseason. Whether they’re new to gym training sessions or looking to take the next step.

Give your child quality coaching, purposeful training and a stronger foundation for next season.

All athletes must wear a Kaisa Performance training shirt. Already have one? Select “Session only”. Need one? Select “Session + training shirt” and provide your child’s shirt size at checkout.

The shirt costs $30 and is a one-off purchase you can use for future sessions. If booking both gym and field, only purchase the shirt once.
