Term 4 Kambarang in-person event: On-Country at Herdsman Lake 10-11.30am 16 November

Herdsman Lake, or ‘Noogenboro’, is a significance place for the Noongar people. This is a cultural session designed to give educators some background and awareness of this site and education programs that might be useful for you and your students. For example, Noongenboro Kudajin Boodja (Herdsman Learning Ground) - a 2.5 hour program where learners can try their hand at Aboriginal art, test their skills spear throwing or building a mia-mia and learn about bush food and medicinal plants at Herdsman Lake. Join us to experience this culturally and historically significant place.
