Join Petal & Play Learning for a special school holiday morning at Bibra Lake Reserve, celebrating Kambarang, the Noongar season of wildflowers, new life and warmer days.
We'll explore flowers, bugs, natural materials and seasonal changes through hands-on play, sensory experiences, creative activities and outdoor exploration.

Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made via our official booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Attendance and Cancellation
Unfortunately due to cost of materials, we are unable to offer refunds.
Illness
We understand that children can get sick unexpectedly. Where possible, we’re happy to transfer your session to another time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer your spot to another family.
While we may not always be able to accommodate same-day cancellations, please still reach out - we’ll do our best to help
You are also very welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member if you can no longer make your booked session - just let us know their name.
Weather
In the rare event that a session is cancelled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances - you will receive a credit to use at a future session. Credits have no expiry.
Supervision and Responsibility
Petal and Play is a parent-accompanied program. A parent or guardian must remain on site and supervise their child at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s safety, behaviour and wellbeing throughout the session.
While we take care to provide age-appropriate and safe materials, some sessions may include small items not suitable for children under three. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children closely to ensure their safety, particularly around small parts that may pose a choking risk.
We do not use any products containing nuts, dairy, eggs or soy. However some products have may contain traces of on their labels. Please ensure you let us know of any allergies when booking.
Health and Safety
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs at the time of booking.
Sessions are held outdoors and may involve natural elements such as uneven ground, insects and changing weather conditions. Please supervise your child accordingly and ensure they are dressed appropriately.
Photography and Privacy
We respect your child’s privacy. No photographs of children’s faces will be taken or shared.
From time to time, we may take photographs of hands, feet, backs of heads, or artwork to capture the spirit of our sessions for use on our website and social media.
You may opt out of photography by letting us know at the time of booking or before a session.
Liability
Petal and Play Learning holds current Public Liability Insurance.
However, because our sessions take place outdoors and involve hands-on play, families attend at their own risk. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Petal and Play Learning cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents or damage to personal belongings that may occur during sessions.
Privacy of Information
Personal information you provide (such as your name and contact details) will be kept confidential and used only for managing your booking and sharing updates about our program.
You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
