Workshop description 

Join me for a transmission of Life Force energy. This is the Essence of aliveness that lives at the base of every humans spine. The very first cells, tissues and bones to take form within your mothers womb. Kundalini energy is that of the Mother, of Creation herself. The spark of Life. The candle lit within the dark. She is firepower, creativity and often moves in the shape of a serpent. 

Whats occurring on a neurological level is a brain-wave journey. Starting in our awake and conscious brain wave of Beta and dropping through the waves until we reach the depths of our psyche.These deep brain waves are Theta and Delta within this brainwave we can create lasting changes. What I like to call pattern interruptions! 

Experience 

During this 1.5 hour experience may things may occur for you and many may not. You may experience  uncontrolled movements of body, hands or face. You may have visions or see color. You may relive a past experience. You may feel an inner dance from within. You may also feel nothing at all. Any and all of these experiences or non experiences are perfect.
