What is KAP?

KAP - Kundalini Activation Process is a direct transmission of kundalini (life-force) energy. Words fall short in describing the experience - it must be experienced to be fully understood. 

As KAP is an embodiment practice it relieves us of our cognitive attachments, allowing us to drop into a much deeper space of universal intelligence and consciousness where phenomena can occur (more info on common experiences/effects below).

Everyone's experience and KAP journey is different, but most attendees report an extremely powerful experience even in their first session, which deepens and evolves over time. Participants often report a cathartic experience, emotional release, deep healing, “aha” insights & realisations, and transformational shifts that flow into their everyday life. 

In a time when we have become so reliant on external technologies, remedies, and medicines, KAP reminds us and offers us accelerated access to our "internal technology" and reservoir of energy to expand, awaken, transcend and heal. Deep healing is a native capacity. 

The Session:

All you need to do is to lie on a yoga mat whilst music is played, & the facilitator will at times activate meridian points over your body and facilitate the flow of energy. 

No previous experience is required. Come with an open mind and intention to surrender to the process :)

    Time: Times vary - please refer to session time and use a time converter for your location if required. (Login to zoom and get setup with your device/yoga mat 5-10mins before). 

    Location: ONLINE via Zoom (the link is emailed 20min before the session begins).

    • If you haven't received the link, please DM me on Facebook with your email and KAP session you registered for.
    • 10 minutes before the session start time, jump on the Zoom call, and adjust your screen so that your camera shows your full body.

    Preparation for an online session:

    • Download the zoom desktop app on your chosen device https://zoom.us/download
    • You will need a laptop/tablet with a stable internet connection and an inbuilt webcam
    • Test Audio via your device, or connected speaker (recommended) 
    • Position the laptop/device so that your full body is visible on screen when lying down
    • A quiet room where you are not distracted (preferably enclosed or somewhere you can be in private)
    • Yoga mat or towel to lie on (you can use a small flat cushion for your head if preferred) 
    • Remove distractions and other noises (email/phone notifications etc)
    • Ideally, try to eat lightly before the session, & drink plenty of water on the day of
    • Wear comfortable clothes you are free to move in

    What Can Happen During the Session:

    • ⚡ ENERGETIC: Feeling heat, vibrations and/or other sensations of energy in the body.

    Niki Michalek is an accredited KAP facilitator. She has trained with Venant Wong who founded the Kundalini Activation Process. Niki also works in Digital Marketing, and in her downtime loves to hit up the Kizomba/Latin/RnB dance floor, gorge on reading, and write for her blog: Wellness & Wokeness
