This is an online event delivered via Zoom.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link to access the live session. We’ll also send a reminder with the link a few hours before the event each week.
What you’ll need:
A stable internet connection
A quiet, comfortable space
A yoga mat or towel
Optional: cushion or blanket for extra comfort
No need to turn your camera on, just join in, relax, and enjoy at your own pace.
