🌟 Expression of Interest: Empowerment2Be Workshops, Consultations & Network Series – Karratha – 13–17 October 2025
Empowerment2Be is heading to Karratha this October to offer a tailor-made program that includes interactive workshops, 1:1 consultations and community-friendly formats such as Breakfast Networking, Lunch & Learn and Evening Q&A sessions. These are all guided by Kerry Morrison, an experienced social worker and empowerment coach with both lived and professional expertise in cultural safety, inclusion, trauma-informed practice and transition planning.
What to Expect
Interactive Workshops
Custom-designed to meet your group’s interests and needs. Drawing on themes Empowerment2Be has delivered previously—including carer support, cultural safety, school leaving, conflict resolution, support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, anti-racism group supervision and inclusive support for neurodiverse employees—content can be tailored for families, educators, employers or community members.1:1 Consultations
Personalised sessions offering individual guidance and support whether that's around transition, wellbeing or navigating systems like NDIS.Networking & Community Formats
Breakfast Networking Meet – Connect with others over coffee early in the day
Lunch & Learn – A relaxed midday session combining nourishment and learning
Evening Q&A Session – Unwind and engage in an open dialogue as the day winds down
Walk and Talk – A gentle, accessible walk where conversations flow more naturally outdoors (mornings or evenings to beat the heat)
