Event description

Echoes of the Valley is more than a concert or a dinner — it’s a gathering of everything that makes Oak Creek extraordinary. Tucked away in the Yampa Valley, our little town has always thrived on the strength of its people, the bounty of its land, and the magic that happens when neighbors come together… usually around food, music, or a little harmless trouble.

For our debut, we welcome Nashville-based singer-songwriter Katie Lynne Sharbaugh — a gifted vocalist and viola player with millions of listeners worldwide. Her rare ability to sing and play at the same time is nothing short of world-class… which is why we’re still not sure how we convinced her to fly here just for this night.

On the culinary stage, Chef Ben Arendt will create a fire-kissed menu inspired by the valley’s farms and ranches, drawing on his experience in 5-Star Forbes and Michelin-starred kitchens. And for dessert — because apparently we like showing off — Rebekah Gardner will craft courses that look like they belong in an art museum but taste like something your grandma would have made if she was a pastry wizard.

The entire evening will be captured for our Echoes of the Valley YouTube series, so if you miss it, you can still watch it online while eating leftovers and wondering why you didn’t just buy a ticket.

Together, this collaboration of music, food, and community will create a one-night-only symphony of sound and flavor — honoring Oak Creek’s spirit, its people, and the land that sustains us… and giving us one more reason to brag about living here.
