Kaula Tantra Yoga is based on deep relaxation and allows every cell in your body to move as meditation.
It is absolutely available to every level and experience of practitioner. The practice starts with exactly where you are RIGHT NOW . There is nowhere to go or compete in this series but simply allow your Self to guide
During these one- on -one classes, we work with asanas, bandhas, pranayama, mudras and mantras based on the teachings of Bhagavan Shanmuka Anantha Natha. The traditional form is unique because it changes not only the physical but impacts the psychological and spiritual realms as well.
This system of Kaula Tantra yoga comes directly from the vedas. It is designed to balance the subtle energy system ( prana). With time in this system, one can release holding patterns and fears and truly express from a place of LOVE & FREEDOM. This practice ultimately shifts our identity to one with the Divine, rather than searching outside for something to attain.
While this yoga naturally increases strength, flexibility, precision, and health, this is not the primary focus. Yet, this becomes a wonderful result.
Kaula Tantra Yoga is rooted in Uttara Shaivism, or Kashmiri Shaivism, one of six Śiva traditions. Students approach the asanas from a place of relaxation, care, and love for themselves.
Over time, you will come to mediate in the postures to connect with the Divine. This yoga cultures the diaphragms and thus balances every area of life, including sexuality.
Please note that classes are all fully clothed and not explicit in any way. In the advanced stages, Pranayama practice, Bandhas, and Mantra practices are incorporated to culture Kundalini Energy.

These are one on one 90 minute classes via zoom that meet you where you’re at. You can purchase blocks of 10 here and then we will set up a time for you to flow.
About your teacher Natalie :
I have been a student of yoga for over 25 years. Initially trained as a dancer, I first practiced Iyengar method with the Australian School of Yoga throughout my pregnancies as a way to strengthen and eliminate many physical injuries. This practice then dropped away when I sensed the rigidity once again building in my body. I thank my teachers sincerely for giving me firm foundations in alignment.
My first yoga YTT teacher training was with Baron Baptiste power yoga - a testament to the pushing and striving I sought in my life at that time. I thank the teachings for showing me power and tenacity.
I further trained in traditional tantra yoga Kaula lineage at Shri Kali Ashram 500 YYT. I CAME HOME. I gave up the struggle, the competition, I stopped striving, Life became and continues to be a moving mediation. I am deeply grateful to Bhagavan Shanmuka Anantha Natha & Ma Kristina for the teachings - wordless as they came at times. The journey in tantric yoga continues in unfolding bliss. This is what I share with you from my heart.
