Join us for a special evening to unwind and connect over Kava, a calming plant medicine drink made from the root of the Piper methysticum plant. Kava has long held an important place in Pacific Island communities as a way to bring people together in a spirit of respect, connection, and ease. It gently relaxes the body,mind and spirit, easing tension and inviting open-hearted conversation without alcohol.

⚠️ Kava is not suitable if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

• Have liver disease or impaired liver function

• Are taking medications that affect the liver or central nervous system

• Have significant health conditions (please check with your healthcare professional if unsure)

• Have consumed alcohol earlier in the day of the event
