Kayak and Catch Up at Wyangala Dam

As a community organisation we're always interested in what floats your boat and as such, we thought we'd start 2025 with a relaxing Kayak, catch up and plant I.D morning at the beautiful Wyangala Dam just outside of Cowra.

We look forward to spending a relaxing morning in nature sharing all of our Landcaring ideas & planning for 2025. 

When: Wednesday 22nd January

Time: Be at the meeting point at 9.00 am

Meeting Point: Wyangala Dam at the front of the main entrance

Bring: Your own Kayak & life vest. Morning tea, sun protection & a spare set of dry clothing. A towel and beach chair/ mat may also come in handy.

Fees: There is a 'per vehicle' charge to enter the park that can be paid on the day or online ahead of time: Wyangala Dam Day Pass. We will try and car share where possible to keep the event affordable.

NOTE:  Due to the risks involved in being around the water we recommend only those over 18 attend this event.  Participants are responsible for their own safety & wellbeing. While dogs are permitted in Wyangala park, we ask that no dogs be brought to this event.
