Kazami Ranki returns to Australia and New Zealand in 2025!
The head of the Kazami-Ryu school is returning to Australia and New Zealand teaching a variety of new tricks and forms to those interested in improving their Shibari. Miss Gen, head of the school in Oceania will travel with him as his Interpreter and teaching assistant, so you get both of their skills in one lesson!

10:30am - 5:30pm, Sat &ย Sun, with a 1 hour lunch break.
Saturday:
Expanding on the Munenawa, Kazami will teach a variation of the 3rd rope to add a di๏ฌerent look/aesthetic to the Kazami-Ryu style of Gote, while still retaining its solidity and comfort.
A suspendable Futomomo will be taught in preparation for the rest of the day.

Sunday:
The new Kazami-Ryu โTorinawaโ harness (Bird-Wings)
Agura (Cross legged seated tie)
Torinawa Tenkai - Suspending with the Torinawa (or Munenawa) harness and its transitions
Hineri-Tsuri - Twisted suspensions
Agura Tsuri - Suspending the Agura with Transitions
Requirements:
Students must be able to tie the Kazami-Ryu Munenawa or a solid hands free chest harness (preferably Kazami-Ryu version). Other Gote/chest harnesses are not permitted as they do not necessarily work with our style of suspensions.
Students must be able to tie a solid hip harness/half Mermaid tie of any style (not โNaka Pantiesโ, โGunslingerโ or similar harnesses, must be a full hip harness or half Mermaid tie).
Experience with partial or full suspensions for both the rigger and model is preferred.
Students must have their own safety equipment, carabiners, rings and slings, and at least 10 hanks of a suitable rope, eg Jute, Hemp, Posh, or bondage specific nylons (Cromaknotz, Knothead Nylon, Agreeable Agony, etc)
This class is not suitable for beginners.ย
