Introducing our 20th anniversary commemorative art-piece: an opportunity for you to become a lasting part of our legacy!

In 2004, we took the pivotal step of officially becoming "Karratha Community House," and now, as we approach this milestone, we want to commemorate it in a truly meaningful way. We're commissioning a stunning, locally designed and constructed winged art-piece, by renowned local Artist, Maria Mori. 

But here's where you come in: this art-piece isn't just about us—it's about you, our community members, who have made the last two decades so incredibly special. We're inviting you to be a part of this artistic endeavor by purchasing a personalised painted feather that will adorn the wings of our mural.

Here's how it works:

🖌️ Purchase a feather: Each feather will be lovingly painted and inscribed with your family's SURNAME, symbolising your integral role in our community's story. [Please note, due to the size of the art-piece, we are strictly limited to inscriptions of SURNAMES ONLY, one surname per feather. Your surname of choice will be requested at check-out]. 

📸 Leave your mark: Once the art-piece is unveiled at our FREE 20-year community celebration event in June 2024, it will become a permanent fixture at the entrance to KCH—a beacon of unity and inclusion for all who enter. And guess what? It's not just a work of art; it's also a "selfie wall" for the 2000+ KCH members who annually engage in our programs and events. Your feather will be proudly displayed, ready to be immortalised in countless selfies and memories.
