Event Schedule:
Day 1 - Friday, May 3, 2024:
- Depart Carnarvon for Gascoyne Junction with a Kingsford Smith Mail Run experience.
- Check-in at Gascoyne Junction Glamping Village.
- Welcome Party sponsored by Horizon Power at Two Rivers Memorial Park.
Day 2 - Saturday, May 4, 2024:
- Breakfast at Gascoyne Junction Pub & Tourist Park.
- Finalist case studies, town walking tour, and Awards Dinner.
Day 3 - Sunday, May 5, 2024:
- Station visits, lunch on an Outback pastoral station.
- Visit Kennedy Range National Park for indigenous cultural experiences.
Day 4 - Monday, May 6, 2024:
- Morning visit to Gwoonwardu Mia to learn about local indigenous heritage and food.
All-Inclusive Package:
- Conference fee covers coach aiport transfers from Carnarvon, 3 nights accommodation, all meals, and sightseeing activities.
Transportation:
- Return coach transfers available between Carnarvon & Gascoyne Junction.
- Flight options provided by Rex Airlines with coordinated coach transfers. To receive the free coach transfer you must book on flights:
- Fri 03 May - ZL2432 - departing Perth at 10.15am and arriving into Carnarvon at 11.55am
- Mon 06 May - ZL2433 - departing Carnarvon at 12.50pm arriving into Perth at 2:35pm.
