This is an invitation to you, to come exactly as you are, to an afternoon with Darlin' Breathe.

Carve out some time just for you, to experience an immersive 60 minute Breathwork journey with the intention to move through and shift stagnant, stressful feelings we all have at times in life.

HOW?? Breathwork is a somatic therapy so it works on the assumption that when we go through stressful, emotional, difficult times in life, there is a physiological response within the body as well as any psychological imprints. If we don't do anything to acknowledge and process these imprints, they can end up stored within the body leading to a variety of other issues.

As a Trauma-Informed Facilitator, Lauren will guide you through the Breathwork journey, accessing a non-ordinary state of consciousness to allow the BodyMind system to lead the way in processing and clearing out unwanted and unprocessed emotions, feelings of stress and overwhelm, as well as past trauma. By working with the body and the mind as one integrated system it creates a whole new world of possible breakthroughs.

This event is open to all levels, whether you've done a Breathwork journey before or not.

Yoga mats will be provided at the venue. Venue has step-free access 😍

Please bring with you: paper/journal and pen, water and a blanket, I also recommend (by not strictly necessary) an eye mask, lip balm, pillow/cushion for extra comfort and any sacred objects you'd like to have with you

Contraindications: Breathwork journeys are not recommended for people that are pregnant or that have a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.

Breathwork is not recommended for people with a personal history of mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction.

Side effects: Possible side effects may include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, carpopedal spasms, cramping, emotional breakthroughs, feeling physical, mental, energetic and/or emotional triggering and/or vulnerability.
