Keith Farm Business HR Masterclass

Join WoTL for an interactive workshop series that will have a mix of theory, group discussion and time to start to develop a HR plan for your own business. You will be given a resource manual and links to leading websites to keep your HR plan up to date.

The series will cover:

- Job descriptions

- Recruitment and selection

- Remuneration strategies and benefits

- Performance management

- Being an employer of choice

This workshop will benefit businesses that currently employ, those who will be employing in the future and those that have family members who are working in the business.

The second workshop will be held on the 18th August and the dates for the webinars will be advised at the first workshop.

The full cost of this program is $1,000, which has been heavily reduced thanks to support of event sponsors. The prices includes morning tea and lunch both days, workshop manual and two webinars.
