Kelly's Long Lunch 2025

We invite you to join us on Friday 1 August 2025 to raise funds for secondary victims of domestic violence at our second annual fundraising lunch.

Together, we’ll honour Kelly; a loving mother, sister, daughter, and friend who, in 2021, lost her life in a domestic violence incident on the Gold Coast. Together, we’ll celebrate her legacy by raising funds for families who have been impacted in a similar way.

Kelly eagerly embraced helping others less fortunate than herself. She would be immensely proud of the work of the Foundation; a maternal wrap around service designed to provide short and long term financial and practical support to other secondary victims of domestic violence (put simply, children orphaned by domestic violence homicide and their caregivers).

The Kelly Wilkinson Foundation recognises that the economic circumstances of secondary victims and their caregivers can dramatically change because of domestic violence homicide. This cause is particularly poignant given Kelly's three young children, aged 8, 6, and 2 at the time of her passing. 

As of today, the Foundation supports 18 children and so to expand our community support in our second year of operation, we are calling on our community to give generously.

• Date: Friday 1 August 2025
• Time: 11:30am for a 12:00pm start, concluding at 3:30pm
• Venue: Mercure Gold Coast Resort
• Cost: $180pp or $1,800 for a table of ten + booking fee
• Includes: two-course meal and drinks package
