Overview: In this keynote, Fabrice Dupont will explore how producers, engineers, and artists can adapt, innovate, and succeed in a rapidly changing landscape, while sharing lessons from his career on what separates good records from great ones. He will also discuss the balance between technical skill and artistic vision, and how collaboration drives creative success. Fabrice Dupont, known as Fab Dupont, is a French mixing engineer, record producer, and educator. Born in Canada and raised in Paris, he studied songwriting at Berklee College of Music before moving to New York City, where he founded and continues to run Flux Studios in the East Village. He is also the founder of puremix.com, process.audio, and mixup.media. Fab has worked with artists including Bad Bunny, Shakira, Raw Alejandro, Jennifer Lopez, Juan Luis Guerra, Em Beihold, Nat King Cole, André 3000, Bebel Gilberto, Blu DeTiger, and David Crosby.
