Zaytoven is an Atlanta-based, Grammy Award-winning record producer, songwriter, and musician originally from San Francisco, California. Widely recognized as a pioneer of trap production, he has played a major role in shaping the sound of modern hip-hop and Atlanta rap.

Zaytoven’s career took off through his influential collaborations with Gucci Mane, beginning with the 2005 hit “Icy.” The partnership helped establish his signature production style and contributed to the rise of a new generation of Atlanta artists. His work has since included collaborations with some of the biggest names in music, including Usher, Future, Migos, 21 Savage, Lil Yachty, Chief Keef, Young Dolph, Lecrae, Waka Flocka Flame, B.o.B, Boosie Badazz, and many others.

In 2011, Zaytoven won a Grammy Award for his work on Usher’s album Raymond v. Raymond, further establishing his reputation as one of hip-hop’s most respected producers.

His journey began while he was still in high school, making beats and working with Bay Area artists. After moving to Atlanta, he balanced music with a career as a barber while building his own studio and developing his craft. From selling mixtapes out of car trunks to working with global superstars, Zaytoven’s story reflects the creativity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit behind his influential career.
