Most collaborations fail because they are often idealistic about wanting to belong to something perfect, instead of something that is learning and growing always.

Collaboration  is actually a radical meeting of people, their essential self, their skills, their shadows and includes our connection to many things.  It is about creating a field that can create more than the sum of its parts.

This workshop will benefit those leading or participating in collaborations and help develop new tools and skills to make collaborations successful.

The workshop will cover:

•  The Core Principles of Radical Collaboration

•  An exploration of the current way we often collaborate and what radical collaboration that could achieve more might look and operate like – considering the approach, how we create teams, how we work with the future, and the environment or cultures that are needed to cultivate radical collaboration.

•  An exploration of the skills and capabilities we all need to grow.
