Strategy in a fast-changing world, learning from COVID
COVID-19 has had a significant impact on both the community needs that NGOs are serving, and the way that NGOs can operate. This session will:
- Review the implications that this changing environment has had on our sector
- Explore practical strategic questions that organisations can be asking themselves in response to these changes
- Share examples that demonstrate how NGOs have responded to the impact of COVID by adapting or re-thinking their long-term strategies
- Discuss the opportunities for using COVID as a disruptive moment to pivot, re-imagine and stay agile with our strategies
