This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Our ‘Kicking SaaS in 2022’ webinar in December was so popular that we’re rolling the format into a quarterly 2022 series!

Join a great line-up of software-as-a-service experts on 23 March for thought-provoking insights into the hiring process, onboarding, creating a strong recruitment brand, building a diverse SaaS team and culture, structuring career ladders… and much more!

Ben Gracewood (The Spinoff, formerly Vend) will share his top tips for building great teams, based on his experience growing Vend’s team of software engineers from 8 to 80. Mike Carden and Ruby Kolesky will also explain Joyous’ progressive approach to talent development - and how it might work for your business too!

Our panelists Carmen Vicelich (Valocity Global), Jamie Cormack (Quantiful) and Kirsti Grant (Auror) will explore the ways different SaaS companies are attracting, nurturing and retaining talent in these challenging times, including: junior onboarding, building diverse teams, and sign-on incentives.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A throughout the presentation, so get your questions ready!

When: Wednesday 23 March, 9.00am - 10.30am

Where: Virtual event, via Zoom

Cost: Free
