**Please note this is a nine-week workshop. It runs from January 4 - March 1. We meet from 4:30pm PT / 7:30pm ET for 90 minutes each Monday.

Are you ready to start writing your personal history? Join authors Vindy Teja and Anna Brooke for a workshop dedicated to writing your story down in your own words.

There are stories you carry—moments, turning points, conversations, and experiences that have stayed with you over time. This course is an invitation to begin the journey of writing them down.

Each week, you’ll be guided through simple but powerful exercises that help you:

Identify the moments that shaped you
Move memories from your mind onto the page
Develop your authentic writing voice
Add depth and meaning to your writing
Revise your work with clarity and confidence
Trust the power and worthiness of your lived history.

This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where your story is yours to tell—at your own pace, in your own way. You are always in control of what you choose to write and share.

By the end of the course, you won’t just have ideas—you’ll have real pieces of writing, a clearer sense of your story, and the tools to keep going.

Bring your journal and pen or a blank doc on your computer and get ready to write!

Anna and Vindy are passionate advocates for writing your own lived story to help claim the major milestones of your unique and transformative journey.
