Kids & Teens Yoga - Term 3 - 8 Week Program with Jodi Hart - Mondays or Thursdays (starting 14 / 17 July)
Event description
An 8 week program of specially designed yoga classes to empower the whole child physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
I am a registered kids & adults yoga teacher, hold a current first aid certificate, working with children card and insurance. Yoga is a game changer for focus, emotions, resilience and wellbeing and I'm SO excited to offer this to the community.
This program aims to:
Improved mental health.
Create better behavior.
Reduce anxiety
Improved emotional regulation
Increased focus
Inciurage resilience.
These outcomes will be achieved by incorporating the below:
Target organs & nervous system with yoga therapy.
Calm the body & mind with breathing exercises.
Teach how to quite the mind with relaxation exercises.
Increase balance, flexibility & strength with movement routines
Encourage gratitude, self expression & confidence with fun activities.
Introduce the principles of yoga and mindfulness to establish a positive and useful lifelong tool.
Provide an inclusive, safe and nurturing environment
